Four Layers of Engineering Excellence

The Type 4 design eliminates the metal liner entirely, replacing it with a lightweight polymer core wrapped in precision-engineered composite layers.

  • Pressurised CNG Interior

    Stores compressed natural gas at up to 200–300 bar operating pressure within the sealed polymer liner.

  • HDPE / Nylon Inner Liner

    High-density polyethylene or nylon liner provides a gas-impermeable, corrosion-free inner wall. Eliminates rust entirely.

  • Glass Fibre Transition Layer

    E-glass winding provides the structural foundation and distributes load uniformly before the primary composite layer.

  • Carbon Fibre Composite Overwrap

    High-tensile T700/T800 carbon filament winding at optimised angles delivers maximum burst pressure resistance at minimum weight.

  • Polyurethane Outer Coating

    UV-resistant, impact-absorbing exterior coating protects the composite layers and carries product identification markings.
